is it too late for perpignan accomodation?

I am planning on going this year to Perpignan, but accommodation is a nightmare all the time. Is there anyone who has booked/rented a flat and needs to share it? I remember sharing a flat couple of years back and it was great… and found the flat on LS as well. Anyone looking to share a flat this time?
